Remove existing carpets in 3 bedrooms and lay tiles total of 52sqm

Need physical bodies to move all carpet, carpet underlay and tiles in the house to the garage in neat stacks. Any carpet longer than 2m ( not many) needs to be cut below 2m. All carpet needs to be kept rolled and tied or taped (ties and tape will be provided) in place as neat rolls ready for council pickup. If done on time and without hassle I will provide a $1 hundred fifty dollar tip for the job ( not per person if you bring help).

We are planning to replace the existing carpet from selected section of house with vinyl. Price could be negotiated after inspection.

Please remove and dispose of the carpet and underlay (including these wooden gripper bars around the edge of each room). The bars are only attached by a few nails (3 shown in picture). Please take care not to damage the floorboards. Includes three bedrooms, living, dining and hallway as shown on attached floor plan. Three bedroom ground floor apartment in Woollahra. Truck can be backed up to the back door for easy loading.

About 50 sqm carpet to install for a room. Reuse carpet and underlay onsite. No furniture to move.

Carpet burn repair to be fixed

We have a carpet stain that cant be removed so we need to replace a patch of the carpet. We have a spare piece of the same carpet or a piece can be taken from inside one of the cupboards. Please could someone advise and provide a quote as I am unsure what the going rate for this would be?

The metal edging/trim strip at our shop (94 Penshurst St, Willoughby) entrance has come loose and is sticking up from the floor carpet transition (see photo). It’s currently a trip hazard and needs to be reattached or replaced securely. Looking for someone who can: Replace the existing trim, you'll need to go there and measure it up.
