My room carpet has little burnt mark i need it to fixed

I need a quote on replacing only the stain area carpet. Drink spill on the carpet couple of months ago. Not sure if spot clean is needed or a part of the carpet should be replaced. Need some genuine advice on this

Squeaky floor under carpet on the second floor of a newer house in West Pymble. Issue is localised to roughly a 2m x 1.5m area outside a bedroom door. Squeaking occurs when walking across the area. No access from underneath. Looking to eliminate squeaking. Open to lifting carpet to fix issue.
