Need a carpet clean and pest control spray for a 5 bedroom + 1 lounge room, double story town house

I have strata approval and need the carpet removed and hybrid flooring (already provided) installed as well as underlay. The apartment is semi-furnished, so the job will ideally be done over 2 days or one if can accomodate - once the living room is completed, furniture can be moved in so the bedroom can be finished.

Should be something like stapling back carpet but instead, air stapling back this soft play floor area. Helping check and fix or replace the boards inside depending on the damage. If not bad, just stapling back this soft play together. If needed snd can do, then a big job of redoing the floor boards inside. Apologies before for budget because don’t really have a good idea about how much

Hi, left a window open during heavy rain which caused: One upstairs bedroom carpet to become soaked. • Water stains on the ceiling (no ongoing leak, just rain that came in). I need someone with the right equipment to: 1. Carpet • Extract water using a wet vac or carpet extractor. • Set up blower fan and/or dehumidifier to dry the carpet & underlay. • Apply a light antimicrobial treatment to prevent mold. 2. Ceiling • Clean the affected patch of ceiling with an anti-mold solution (vinegar/bleach wipe or similar). • Make sure it’s dry and treated so the stain doesn’t turn into mold. • (Repainting/repairs not required — my flatmate is a builder and will handle that later). Notes: • This is a one-off incident from rain, not a leak. • Only one bedroom is affected. • Please bring your own equipment (wet vac, blower fans, dehumidifier, cleaning solution). Newly installed carpet was not cut for the wardrobe door track. Now it’s cut, tack strips need installing to keep the carpet stretched. The strips are for concrete floors which I have. The wardrobe doors and tracks will be removed prior to your arrival so you just need to secure the tack strips to the concrete and pull the carpet onto them. Need someone with carpet installation experience who knows what they’re doing. Cheers!

require a professional water extraction from carpet. covering approx. 20 square meter inside a small apartment and hallway.

We recently received a mattress delivery, and unfortunately, we didn’t realize that there was oil on the underside of the packaging. The delivery person dragged the mattress into our bedroom, and as a result, the oil transferred onto our carpet and caused visible stains. Would it be possible to clean the carpet and remove the oil damage? Please let us know what options are available. Thank you.

I accidentally left rug adhesive in contact with the carpet and glue has stuck to it. The total area is fairly small, about the size of a foot, in two nearby spots (photos attached). I do not need full carpet shampooing, but I can consider it if that required to make the carpet look consistent after cleaning the spots. I managed to remove the excess, but stepping on those areas still feels a bit sticky. The building has parking and lift.
