Entry to main bedroom has got a 15-20cm long scratch. The backing is exposed. Carpet patch / re-tuft repair requied. I don't have a spare carpet patch. It'd be great if you have an exact match carpet spare part. But if you don't, the solution can be to remove a small piece from the wardrobe, patches the visible hallway area, and replaces the wardrobe section with the closest available carpet. Matching the pile direction is important otherwise the patch can look like a different colour even when it is the same carpet. The job needs to be done ASAP. Feel free to put in a quote if you can do a good job.

Looking for an experienced carpet repairer to provide a written quote for repairs to carpet in our unit in Sans Souci. We have already sourced the matching replacement carpet and will order enough material once the repair quote is approved by the owner/property manager. The work required is: Cut out and patch the burnt sections shown in the photos Repair and patch the section under the cupboard where carpet was previously taken for an earlier repair Seam/blend the replacement carpet into the existing carpet as neatly as possible At this stage, we are collecting quotes for approval before booking the work. Once approved, we’ll order the carpet and organise a date for the successful repairer to complete the job. Need a carpet layer/repairer to patch two damaged sections of carpet ahead of end-of-lease inspection: one section in the hallway and one in a bedroom. I have several long rolls of spare matching carpet (multiple metres each, from the original install) already on-site in storage for you to use - should be more than enough to cover both patches. Just need the damaged sections cut out and patched in neatly with as invisible a seam as possible. Property is the upper level of a house split into two tenancies, accessed via an external staircase at the front (ground floor has a separate tenant, not part of this job). Please bring your own tools for cutting/seaming. Photos of the damage attached. Ideally done before Friday 2 October so it's ready ahead of the end-of-lease clean and carpet steam clean.
