It’s a steel frame building and they replaced the skirting with nails leaving gaps. I think they need gluing. I’d also like them touched up (I have paint). A small section of carpet needs to be replaced. You would need to cut a section from inside a built-in wardrobe and replace the section and then replace the cut out section into the wardrobe.

I require 3 small carpet replacements in 3 separate rooms where carpet damage has occurred - 2 doorway areas (pet damage) and another smaller area (child damage!!!). We have excess carpet available to use from when it was originally laid, and this task only requires the removal and replacement of these sections. Expectation is that these will be nailed down and blend in with the original carpet job.
