I'm looking for someone who is knowledgeable in flooring solutions for a garage/ storage area being converted into a rumpus/ visitors quarters. We will have both children and seniors using the area, therefore I am keen for something safer/ softer than epoxy or painted concrete in case of a fall. Also, I would also like something durable to avoid maintenance for many years. Unfortunately, the cement floor slopes and undulates a bit so may rule out hybrid flooring. Vinyl may work but the floor still may need substantial preparation. There may be other options which I haven't considered. I will attach pictures but I am looking for someone who can attend in person to look at the cement and provide advice and a quote for a solution. Many thanks in advance for your response.
