Hi everyone We have a home gym and looking for an in-person trainer in Belmont, Brisbane. - It will be training 1 person (sometimes 2 people) for 45 minutes - Ideally twice a week to begin with, then dropping back to one per week later in the year. - We have a home gym including treadmill, reformer pilates machine, rowing machine, bike and a large selection of weights, balls and kettle bells. - Timing we prefer Monday, Thursday or Friday sometime between 6.30 and 7.45am if possible. Preference is Monday and Thursday at 6.45 to 7.30am or there abouts. - If you prefer Tuesday or Wednesday, we could probably do a 6.15 to 7am session (or there abouts) on one of these days.
