Fun & Energetic Personal Training for 30th Birthday – Max 5 People Description: I’m organising a surprise 30th birthday for my husband and looking for a fun, enthusiastic Personal Trainer to run a 90-minute Boot Camp for up to 5 people at Manly Park (next to Manly Pool, in front of Coopers Café). The idea is to have a PT who can embody a ‘colonel/sergeant’ army character at the start (serious, commanding), to “scare” the group a little, and then be the fun, joyful trainer who guides everyone through games and exercises. Schedule & Structure for you: 7:45 AM: Set up equipment on the lawn. 8:00 – 9:30 AM: Boot Camp Activity Boot Camp Details: Introduction by the PT (“Sergeant”) – explaining the rules, emphasising teamwork, fun, and health. Warm-up & stretches Abs & core exercises (planks, squats, etc.) Trivia + exercise combo: Answer a question correctly or do extra reps/laps. Fun race up the giant spider web structure in Manly – winner reaches the flag with my husband’s face. Finish with cool-down stretches. After the session: Light snacks at 9:30 AM. Requirements: Male PT preferred (to play “colonel/sergeant” character at start). Must be able to adapt exercises for participants with varying fitness levels. Energetic, fun, and confident with group activities. Extras: Creativity and humour are a plus! Ability to motivate and engage all participants, making it a memorable birthday experience.
