What do fitness services include?

Fitness trainers can provide guidance in various setups, from gym sessions to sports training. Choose your preferred type of workout – be it HIIT, callisthenics, weight training, or any other exercise that interests you. Your fitness trainer can then plan out workout sessions in line with your health and fitness goals. This planning includes what exercises to perform and in what order.

Personal training 

Personal training is usually a private, individual session between you and your fitness trainer.
