Garden retention fence, few panels pushed out of allignment due to root growth in fence

I need to fix this fence. Only one rail is broken. The others just came loose. A carpenter or a handyman?

Wood fence paling 9m, 1.6 to 1.8m In addition 2x gates 1x 1.6m and 1x 1.8m (approx 1.8mwide)

It is an old worn out fence, but the posts are still good. I want to remove the old steel rope, sand the posts, replace the top rail, stain the wood and re wire the fence

There is a significant gap between our fence and ground level, we would like someone to select, transport and cut to size (if needed) some large wooden sleepers so our small dog can’t escape under the fence.

Nailing 2 fallen wooden posts - one on front gate and one on wooden verandah screen. Also raising the front gate because of dropped hinges. Need stainless steel longish nails/screws.

I need to change the position of wooden fence gate. I need to move it from left side to the right side wall.

Wooden gate is solid but the bottom hinge has come loose (top one has a longer hinge plate and seems intact for now). Need to install a new hinge plate and screws on the bottom and maybe another one in the middle as a backup - in case the top one becomes loose in future too. A longer hinge plate may be needed given some of the wood appears to be splitting

Wooden picket fence built and painted. Pedestrian and driveway gate built as well. Fence posts are all in except 1. That will be completed along with last of the brickwork by us. Fence materials will be provided by us. You will need your own tools including tools to cut posts in the ground already to size. Measurements are provided in the first photo.
