Hi there! A house is being rendered. There is a fence soon to be replaced that is broken - a small part of it is up against the house making it hard to render the corner. I need someone to come with a reciprocating saw or whatever tool you prefer to just cut about a metre of the fence off and leave it to the side. I would like a wooden fence completely replaced. There are large wooden supports across the top and bottom (see photos) that need to be replaced, and then you’ll need to replace all of the individual small pieces as well. I have removed the hedge so you will have full access to the site from the outside. I would need the bricks that the fence is placed on to be waterproofed too. I chose an arbitrary number for the budget. Please quote labor only no materials. We will work together on choosing the wood. Aluminium pool fence needs to be repaired and/or replaced along with an exisiting retaining wall that borders one side. A seperate fence on the back boundary also needs to be replaced, preferably with a wooden, country style fence including a gate.

Our wooden gate has been damaged; the frame has come undone. It needs rescrewing and reseating against the fence line. The hinges etc are ok - just needs to be reattached
