Where spacing between adjacent vertical members is greater than 10mm, any climbable objects within the fencing shall be separated not less than 300mm. (remove the garden bed and level the ground) 4. Gate shall be self closing and self latching from any position. 5. NCZ5 from the top of the inside of the boundary fence shall be 900mm radius clear. (cover the railing with 60 degree surface) 6. Any climbable objects, steps or level change outside of fencing shall be at least 500mm apart. Gate shall be self closing and self latching from any position. 4. The height of any opening between the bottom of the fencing and the finished ground level shall not exceed 100mm. (adjust the fencing or fill with perspex or timber) 5. The height of the fencing shall be not less than 1200mm.
