my self closing glass gate can't open

The existing gate rail which is sitting on the ground is slightly settled. To fix the issue an insitu reinforced concrete pad need to be built under the rail. The task includes: - temporary relocation of gate and rail (about 7m length) - excavation of ground (0.3m Wx 0.3m H x 7 m L) underneath of gate rail - build the reinforcement concrete and rail anchors - align and connect the rail to anchors - reinstall the gate. - weld the broken welds of gate - removal of excavated soil - providing all required material such as concrete, reinforcement and anchors

We have a gate which opens on to the footpath. We need help with laying concrete between the gate and the footpath. We have all the supplies required, but lack the know-how. The area of concrete required is about 1.2m by 0.8m.

Soft close hinge is no longer closing. Assume it needs a tension adjustment but I don’t have the right tools. If you know what you’re doing it will take no longer than 10 minutes

Need the tail gate fix back in shape, doesn't have to be perfect, but black rubber tube must be fix properly so smoke will not come inside car. Tailgate is now open and close normally.
