Install 12 decoration inserts to 6 veranda posts (each post gets 2 inserts - one on each side). I will prime and paint this before installation (see pictures )

I have a white picket fence at the front of my house. Unfortunately there’s two issues with it: 1. Three of the posts have rotted out at the ground surface (including the two on either side of the gate); and 2. I think the gate we have is made of hardwood and is very heavy, which has caused the post bearing the weight to split. Subject to your thoughts, the rest of the fence is still in good nick (though needs a paint!). Looking for someone to 1. Replace the posts, which could either be new posts or stirrups or similar; and 2. Options for a lighter gate (eg pine or something) to avoid this happening in the future. Can increase budget to cover materials/ requirements!

Merbau fence panel were originally attached to the colorbond fence, but the merbau has become detached and sunk in one section. The merbau needs to be removed, and then reattached with a fresh panel of wood behind it. - Due date: Flexible

This task is to repair and move side gate. 1. Reattach loose paling with new screws 2. Dettach gate from wall, and rehang into brick wall to align with new fence post. 3. The gate is approx 20 or 30mm too narrow. Please add some pine trim so the gate ‘reaches’ the pine post. 4. I recently installed a colorbond gate on the boundary with my neighbour and, due to the different heights, there is a gap between the bottom of the gate and the ground level (about 100mm on my side and 200mm on neighbour's side). I want a plinth beneath the gate to neaten it all up. I would think that one course of small limestone blocks would be sufficient. If you have a better solution, I'm open to it. The gate is 2700mm long. Thanks.
