I need help with installing a roof flashing on my pergola to prevent rain from dripping through onto the wooden doors. The pergola is approximately 5 metres in width and the roof is plastic corrugated sheets. I need someone who has the tools and experience in roofing to help install the flashing. The flashing will need to be fixed to the wall of the house. Please only submit an offer if you have the necessary tools and experience to complete the job. Pictures can be provided if needed. Cut through small area of brick wall and then demolish the small wall down, leave two pillars on each side undamaged.

Existing side wall is cracked needs knocking down removed and rebuilt. If you need me to remove wall and only do brickwork thats fine.

Cutting through 90mm brick, it is quite soft. In addition, Knock out two small sections of concrete floor with jackhammer. I have the jackhammer and PPE on-site. Our home was built 1938, 2 of the original internal door handles have been replaced, but no longer work. These may need fixing, or replacing. The bifold doors at the rear have had a draft guard partially installed, by a handyman who then "disappeared" . Old (1m) needs to be removed and new fitted. I need someone to remove the middle post of my pergola and install whatever is required to make it stable. I’ve added an image and drawn on where the additional larger beam will be required for stability. The width is 5.9m so a 6m beam will work well. I’d also like plastic sheeting installed on top to waterproof it. Would love this to be done ASAP. Quote does not include materials.
