Remove the gate from hinges 2. Fix the frame - put the wood piece back in and nail it 3. Install the gate I will prime and paint the dodgy work done by the previous handyman. Also have extra wood if patchwork is required and can paint the same.

Fence and pallets “generally” appear to be in good condition, so I do not wish to replace at this stage, however the fence is leaning towards my side - possibly needs post replaced but happy for you to inspect?
