Find a local events coordinator in Rosebery

Looking for a junior events planner to assist me with planning a Winter Wonderland 40th birthday. I have events planning experience so I’m looking for an assistant who can help me as opposed to a senior who needs to drive the project. Tasks: Help with locating and planning catering Help with style and booking furniture and props Help locate musicians On event day bump-in and bump-out and manage catering and musicans during the event.

I am looking for a couple of people to assist at our opening night of new business. Duties will include but not limited to -help with set up, run errands if needed, serve drinks, ensure guests are happy and the area is clean (picking up dirty plates, glasses etc during the event) clean up afterwards. As mentioned could be other things to do associated with event - start time will be between 4-5pm (will confirm) till about 9/10pm. $30 per hour but will put price for 5 hrs but could be slightly more - of course will pay for the time you are at the event. Please if for any reason you have a low completion rate feel free to explain as this is important that I don’t have any last minute drop out that is $150 per person. Ziegler & Brown 2 burner BBQ with side burner. Seeking someone that is experienced in this and has the correct tools and products to clean the bbq without leaving any scratches, marks or chemical odour. The BBQ is on a balcony without a hose however it can be taken down to the garage which has a wash bay.
