What I need: • Pick me up in Nerang around 7:30AM • Transport a mirror, some bags of clothing, and a few collapsible clothing racks to Broadbeach Cultural Centre • Help carry the items in and assist with quick setup of the racks The setup is very simple and you’ll likely only be there about 15–20 minutes max before heading off. Then later in the afternoon: • Return pickup from Broadbeach • Help load the racks back into the car • Drop me back to Nerang Everything is straightforward and the racks are collapsible and easy to set up. Placing table décor on reception tables (flowers, table runners, candles, table numbers, name tags), setting up signage, and arranging a small candy bar. The role will also involve moving a sign from the ceremony location to the reception and switching on LED candles. All décor items will be supplied and organised in tubs, with clear instructions provided on how everything should be placed. You will also need to collect the items from a vehicle which I plan to have parked at the venue. There will be around 10 plastic tubs to take upstairs to a rooftop venue. Ideally looking for someone with a good eye for styling and presentation to help ensure everything looks neat and well placed.
