It will be Monday - 11am - 5pm Tuesday - 9am - 6pm Wednesday - 9am - 3pm Roughly 21 hours We will pay $850 (just over $40 an hour) to cover petrol as well.

I’m just looking for someone experienced/confident with balloon garlands to come to our home and assemble/install everything on the day. What I need: - Cameras positioned, framed and locked off for a host and one or two guests, with focus and exposure set - Mics on each speaker running into the mixer, levels set, recording to separate tracks, plus a backup recording - Lighting sorted for indoors, and a simple option for shooting outside on the deck (wind noise and natural light are the concerns) - A walkthrough on the day plus a one-page cheat sheet: what to press, what to charge overnight, how to check we're actually recording - Tell me if any of my gear isn't up to it so I can hire the missing pieces before you arrive I'd also like to be able to call you Wed to Fri if something goes wrong, and I'll need pack-down on the Friday afternoon.
