Looking for a reliable party helper for our Lee Civil yard launch in Yatala on Saturday, 5 September, from 3 –7 pm. Duties include clearing glasses, keeping the eskies stocked, tidying tables and the party area, and making sure drinks stay cold and available throughout the afternoon. We’re after someone friendly, proactive and happy to keep things running smoothly as we go.

Setup 65" Meeting Display on Trolley and Mount 55" TV and Bar on wall at a trade show (exact times to be confirmed but expected setup 11am-2pm) and then come back in the evening to pack down the same setup (exact time to be confirmed but expected pack down would be around 6pm). Looking for 3 reliable, proactive people to help out at a casual Saturday night house party at our home. The party starts at 4:00 PM, but we would like you to arrive at 4:30 PM and work until 9:00 PM (4.5 hours total). What you will be doing:Drinks & Floor (1 person): Keeping our self-serve drink station stocked with ice and fresh bottles, clearing away empty glasses from around the party area, and keeping the space tidy. Kitchen Hand (1 person): Helping heat up slow-cooked meat/ham rolls and putting out salads around 6:30 PM. Cleaning & Pack Up (1 person): Constantly loading/running the dishwasher, hand-washing larger items, packing away leftovers into containers, wiping kitchen benches, and emptying bins.You will all work together as a team to make sure the kitchen and party area are completely clean and packed up before you leave at 9:00 PM.

I want someone to decorate for a birthday.

Need quote for approximately two catering staff to assist with a private party. The food will be pre-cooked and just needs to be prepped and serve to guests, with a cleanup afterwards. Noting we will be using disposable plates. So only serving equipment will need to be cleaned. Party starts at 3 pm so we want assistance from around that time through till serving and clean up of the main course which will be approximately 530pm .Aiming to have food served and cleanup finished by approximately 7 pm.
