Yo, We’re putting together a techno rave event on the Gold Coast with a cage-style DJ setup and we’re looking to get a full understanding of what we would need for lighting and production. It’s a high-energy underground techno night, so we want lighting that can really match the vibe (strobes, beams, haze, moving heads, etc.) and work well with a cage setup around the DJ. We’re trying to figure out: * What lighting rig would suit this type of event * What you would recommend for setup size and design * What gear would be needed to properly run it * Whether you can supply and operate everything or just operate * Rough costs and what affects pricing If you’ve got experience with club / rave / festival lighting, would love your input and availability.

We will be holding an event for 25 people and will need a few people to assist with the following tasks after to be able to clear the event space promptly. The following tasks would include: * Dispose of all disposable plates and food items into bins * Collect cups and place into basket * Gather and take all rubbish downstairs * Asssist in stacking and moving all chairs to the lobby (downstairs door area) The event would end at 8pm and we would have roughly an hour at which we will need to clear the space.
