Time: 11:00am – 11:00pm Location: [insert suburb] From 11:00am to 12:00pm, we would like you to arrive and have a start-up meeting with our day-of coordinator / event manager, so everyone is clear on the plan before the event starts. Tasks will include helping with light setup before guests arriving, food and drink service, keeping the buffet / service areas set up & tidy, clearing glasses and plates, rubbish checks, topping up drinks / ice where needed, and general event support. Pack-down / clean-up will start around 9:00–10:00pm and finish by 11:00pm. We would also like to have a short video call before confirming, just to go through the general plan and make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone. We want the day to run smoothly and avoid any confusion on the day. Experience with weddings, private events, catering, or home functions would be great.
