Find an experienced party helper in West Brisbane

We are looking for TWO (2) experienced event attendants / wait staff to help with our private home wedding reception. ** So if you are kindly offer, please clarify whether you can bring along another staff/colleague with you. :) thank you Ideally, at least one of you has solid event experience and is comfortable following a simple run sheet, keeping an eye on timing, and helping guide the other person on the day. Time: 11:00am – 11:00pm Location: [insert suburb] From 11:00am to 12:00pm, we would like you to arrive and have a start-up meeting with our day-of coordinator / event manager, so everyone is clear on the plan before the event starts. Tasks will include helping with light setup before guests arriving, food and drink service, keeping the buffet / service areas set up & tidy, clearing glasses and plates, rubbish checks, topping up drinks / ice where needed, and general event support. Pack-down / clean-up will start around 9:00–10:00pm and finish by 11:00pm. We would also like to have a short video call before confirming, just to go through the general plan and make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone. We want the day to run smoothly and avoid any confusion on the day. Experience with weddings, private events, catering, or home functions would be great.

Energetic people person! From 2-4pm I need help to decorate a hall (Cedar Creek Hall, 78 Cedar Creek Road, Upper Kedron) and set up for a party. And then from 6pm to 11.30pm I need ‘a person who’s in charge’ to help do everything that helps a party go smoothly. Helping with drinks, taking photos, collecting glasses, cutting up cake. I am holding a 40th birthday party and will need some support on the evening. There will be roughly 20 guests, and I am cooking all of the food in advance with some finishing required on the evening The areas I will need help are things like: - Helping finish off the food - Providing drinks to the guests - Helping to dish up - Washing dishes It is a surprise party so I will need you to arrive at 5pm sharp with a 10pm finish.
