Looking for an experienced event coordinator to help us on the day co ordinate our low key engagement photo shoot. We need someone who can manage the suppliers and the hotel where the photo shoot is to occur. You will also need to be available in the day for set up and pack up. The suppliers include organising a florist, lanterns and led candle set up and pack down. Cake display as well. Please see below pictures of our inspiration. We have already booked the photo shoot venue and we will coordinate our own photographer and give you those details.
