Hi! I’m looking for someone to help set up the balloon decorations for my son’s first birthday in Wooloowin on Sunday 6 December. 🩵🐳 Everything will be supplied, balloons, balloon strips/tape, glue dots, streamers and all other materials needed. I’m just looking for someone experienced/confident with balloon garlands to come to our home and assemble/install everything on the day. The setup will include: * 1 x large balloon garland for the main birthday backdrop/entry feature * 1 x medium balloon garland over an arch * 1 x smaller balloon garland on the jumping castle * Staircase decorations with smaller balloon arrangements/clusters and blue & white streamers draped along the railing Reference photos showing exactly what I’m hoping to achieve. I’m not looking for a full event stylist or balloon package — all supplies and the design are already organised; I just need someone to assemble and install everything for me. The party starts at 4:00 PM, but we would like you to arrive at 4:30 PM and work until 9:00 PM (4.5 hours total). Key tasks: Carve ham off bone and put out salads / buns for dinner around 6:30 PM. Cleaning & Pack Up - keep space tidy by collecting rubbish, loading/running the dishwasher, hand-washing larger items, packing away leftovers into containers, wiping kitchen benches, and emptying bins.

I own cameras, Rode microphones and a mixer, but I don't really know what I'm doing with them. Your job is to make it work and make it simple. What I need: - Cameras positioned, framed and locked off for a host and one or two guests, with focus and exposure set - Mics on each speaker running into the mixer, levels set, recording to separate tracks, plus a backup recording - Lighting sorted for indoors, and a simple option for shooting outside on the deck (wind noise and natural light are the concerns) - A walkthrough on the day plus a one-page cheat sheet: what to press, what to charge overnight, how to check we're actually recording - Tell me if any of my gear isn't up to it so I can hire the missing pieces before you arrive I'd also like to be able to call you Wed to Fri if something goes wrong, and I'll need pack-down on the Friday afternoon. Half a day is probably enough if you know what you're doing. Please tell me in your offer what podcast or interview setups you've done before.

Duties include clearing glasses, keeping the eskies stocked, tidying tables and the party area, and making sure drinks stay cold and available throughout the afternoon.
