Hi, I am looking for some assistance with pulling off an exciting & fun event for my new boys urban street wear clothing range. I'm currently finalising with my manufacturer on my first drop date, but I'm aiming for July 2022. I'm looking at 50-80 people to attend launch, I want to do a small fashion runway show to show case the clothing pieces, have racks set up so mums can shop on the night, small show bags with every purchase, grazing table to small bites, champagne, and just an amazing atmosphere. I'd really like to target on social media.. I know what I need but where to start, so this is where I thought an events manager would be great to take control and show me some creative flair! :) So where do we begin? Consult? My fiancé and I are getting married in a park in Clifton Hill on the evening of Dec 11 - we will have aperitivo and drinks from 6:00pm, a ceremony on the hill at 7:15pm, and then a BBQ from 7:30pm. We're looking for someone who can help with setup, putting out food, supervising the tent while we do the ceremony, and just generally wrangling our 50 guests during the drinks/dinner portion of the evening. We're very laid-back and this is a casual wedding, but we don't want to be stressed about the logistics or have to ask friends to help out and miss out on the ceremony. We will need someone from about 5:00pm-8:00pm.

I am getting married at my parents property on January 30th 2021. I have hired a clear marquee, dance floor, bar, chairs, tables etc but I need someone to coordinate the day so I am not stressed organising the decorations/ set up of the area on the day. We will need help moving the chairs from the ceremony area to reception area as well as organising the bar staff to take around cocktails etc. We have a food truck coming and will need you to communicate to them where I want them to park (their staff will take food around). I am looking for somebody to help me organise and deliver a 3 day motorcycle event in October this year. The event will be held in Heyfield, Victoria. The main backbone of the event is the daily challenge - which consists of checkpoints that riders must meet. They log their times in a book at the end and there are prizes. During the days there will be stalls and motorcycle training and activities. Friday and Saturday nights we will offer camping.
