I have 2 lamps that have to be installed on the ceiling and the electrical connection has to be made through the lights that are already in place

Hi, I need help assembling two IKEA wardrobes: 1 x KLEPPSTAD 3-door wardrobe 1 x KLEPPSTAD 2-door wardrobe All items are brand new in boxes with instructions included. I have a hammer available, but don't have a Phillip screwdriver and cordless drill. I need someone experienced with IKEA flat-pack furniture to help me with: - Fully assemble both wardrobes - Stand them upright - Install and align doors properly - Place them in position once assembled Ideally looking for someone who has done IKEA wardrobes before. Garage ceiling has collapsed due to water damage. Timber beams in the ceiling may also be soft. Garage door cannot open fully. Screws not enough to raise ceiling. Will require plasterer to repair ceiling.

Am doing a laundry renovation and need a licensed plumber to cap off and drop the laundry taps down into the new cabinet to allow for a mixer tap, and also need the washing machine points dropped down so that they will be hidden underneath the new bench top that is going in. One toilet in the house is blocked, the rest are fine, as well as the sink drains. Just need someone to unblock it. Tried with a plunger but wasn’t successful.
