Need some assistance removing some bamboo stumps from my garden

I’m looking for an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose my ducted gas heating system. Current issue: * Downstairs vents are working normally. * Upstairs vents have little or no airflow. * The heater itself appears to be operating normally. I’d like someone to inspect the system and determine whether the issue is related to the zoning system, ducting, dampers or another fault, and provide a repair if possible. Please include your experience with ducted gas heating systems when making an offer. Thanks!

1. Basin p-trap appears to be old. Smaller than 40mm and screwed on so tight i can't unscrew it! There is an old thread that is stuck inside the opening of the P-trap. So that P-trap needs to be either partially or fully replaced in order to connect the 40mm down pipe from the basin. 2. Bathtub drain pipe split when trying to fix the basin P-trap. Appears to have had a dodgy patch job that has not held up! Likely just needs a small part of the pipe replaced. This is all under the house. Direct access from under the house is available, and also accessible via a hole in the bathroom floor where the basin down pipe is. Please send through quotes and availability. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to diagnose and repair a hot water issue in my double-storey home. The hot water downstairs is working normally and gets very hot, but all of the upstairs hot water outlets (including the shower and bathroom basin tap) only produce lukewarm water. I've already increased the temperature on the external hot water system, but this made no difference to the upstairs water temperature. I'm looking for someone to identify the cause , and carry out the repairs.

Install bath taps, hot and cold. Will need to dig up concrete to lay pipes. Only a small section will need to be dug up. Pipes can run under the decking. I would like a copper taps to match the showerhead, pipes under the deck can be any material

Looking for an experienced gardener or tree removal contractor to remove a large clump of mature yucca plants from my backyard. The job includes: Cutting down and removing all yucca plants. Removing all green waste from the property. Completely removing the stumps and root balls so the area is level to redo fence. Leaving the site clean and tidy after completion. The yuccas are mature with multiple trunks and are located along a fence line, as shown in the attached photo. Please bring all necessary tools and equipment to cut dow, remove stump and plant.

Shower head was leaking so we diy fixed the taps which fixed the shower head problem, but now the taps are leaking when in use

My hot water system stopped working suddenly. Vulcan gas storage hot water system Cold water is working normally throughout the house No water comes out from any hot water tap (kitchen, bathroom, shower etc.) Hot water was working normally yesterday Today there is zero flow from all hot water outlets No unusual noise from the hot water unit when hot taps are turned on Suspected issue may be a tempering valve, non-return valve, or hot water supply valve fault, but diagnosis is required. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair as soon as possible

Pretty simple task but I’d prefer someone with a little experience, otherwise I will DIY. Just need muscles and some care.

I have two dead ensete glaucum plants, I need the stumps removed. You will need a stump grinder to do this.
