Two taps that connect washing machine need relocating to inside the cupboard next to washing machine.

Replace my basin taps and spout with a new 3-piece basin tap set and also replace the flexible tap connectors under the basin as well.

Experienced in smaller plumbing jobs and have replaced tap repairs before. Kitchen taps need replacement of washers. I have some simple washers which I think are the correct ones. Must have experience in this area before. Glen Huntly 3163.

Install taps and waster for a dishwasher. The dishwasher will be next to the sink (where water and waste are already in place). See photos attached.

Just need bathroom basin mixer tap removed. New tap already been bought. The nuts and bolts underneath the basin is rusty and tried to remove with a mixer spanner and wrench but unable to do so. Very tight space. WD40 has been applied as well. Price is only to post the task. Quote me in comments

Garage ceiling has collapsed due to water damage. Timber beams in the ceiling may also be soft. Garage door cannot open fully. Screws not enough to raise ceiling. Will require plasterer to repair ceiling.
