Hi, I need an electrician to investigate an issue where the safety switch in my switchboard keeps tripping — even when all individual power breakers are turned off. What I’ve checked: • All circuits have been switched off. • safety still trips immediately on reset. • No new appliances or recent electrical work.

Tap keeps spinning and doesn’t turn water off. I think I need a new spindle. I swapped it with the bath tap and now that doesn’t turn off either.

Gaming PC built 5 years ago, unused for the past 2 years. Moved from NSW to VIC. Doesn’t turn on anymore: it has power and when trying to turn it on it resets continuously after just 4 or 5 seconds, never reaching the BIOS. I have tried removing the RAM, and reinstalling them one by one, with no success. I’d like someone to come to my place (I don’t have a car and the PC is heavy) and give it a good look to identify and fix the issue! Our shower tap handle spins but the water won’t turn on unless you are forceful when turning the tap. We have purchased a new set of taps to replace the old ones. These need to be installed. The current tap doesn’t have a screw or Allen key adjustment release to remove the tap head. However we have brought a similar style pair of taps to replace the current ones that does have an Allen key release feature. We live in South Yarra and are available most days of the week.

Kitchen tap is dripping and bathroom tap aerator needs to be replaced

Hi, I am looking to have the gaps (between flyscreen and wall) filled. The flyscreen is for the skylight, which Id estimate is approx 4m off the ground. It is in a bathroom , so something water and mould resistant would be ideal. I am looking for someone with experience. Many thanks : )
