They need to be removed carefully to not damage any water pipes underneath - if there is in fact pipes under the roots. Gas meter in pics but water meter on other side of fence in line with stumps

Hey! Need two holes patched up in the bathroom. And potentially need filling of a 50c sized dent downstairs. With the bathroom holes, one is an inspection hole directly above the shower head and the other is broken gyprock hole from a broken off towel rack. I will paint. Shower tap is leaking, laundry sink tap is leaking. Just after some good bunnings cartridges I think. The seat didn't look bad - I didn't want to reseat as I've not done before. Need someone with exp to educate me.

I’ve removed the tap caps but the hot tap cover is siliconed on and difficult to remove. I need two bedroom walls prepped and painted (two coats). Substantial sections of existing paint peeled off after removing peel and stick wall paper. Will need appropriate prep (sanding etc) to ensure the surface is smooth and you can’t see surface transitions. In addition there are around 5-10 small touch ups required on other walls (approx size 50c piece) where a small patch of paint has peeled off with 3M renters tape removal (fill, sand and paint). I’ve obtained colour matched paint (4L). Tasker to provide other necessary tools/ floor coverage to ensure no paint goes on carpets and fully clean up after job.
