We have a ducted air-conditioning system in our two-storey house, with separate controllers and zone panels for each floor. Recently, the upstairs zone panel has stopped working. Because of this, we can’t select the rooms, and one of the downstairs bedrooms is not receiving any air-conditioning. The other rooms are getting cool air. The downstairs zone panel is working properly, and the kitchen area is cooling without any issues. However, the upstairs zone panel is unresponsive. I believe there may be a fault with the upstairs zone panel. I have attached photos of both the zone panels and the main controllers for your reference.

Just have a few places around the house that need paint touch ups. See photos uploaded. Mostly just marks on the wall but one spot needs some filling as was hole. Note I already have paint touch up kit provided from builder upon construction completion of house.

Water tap in Kitchen has low pressure but other tap are fine. I guess it needs cleaning or may be replacement

I’m looking for an experienced concreter to pour concrete steps to replace what I have with an integrated 1 m wide ramp to walk down a mower or wheelbarrow at my property. Looking for someone to repaint the blue part of my front steps (9 steps). I put grip stickers on from Bunnings, they got dirty and then I put goo remover on to take them off. We are getting a Benchtop installed in our laundry and the current location of the taps interferes with that. Looking for someone to move the taps lower down the wall and remove a toilet which is also in the same laundry room. Have other jobs coming up but this one is first on the list 😊
