6 x 12V G4 halogen stair lights all turn on, then shut off together after a short time. Bulbs are new. I think the transformer is overheating or failing (however unsure exactly where it's located). I need someone to come out and fix. Must be completed prior to Tuesday 3 Feb

Need tiling in the areas shown in the picture. Total approximately 12-14 square meters of tiling In 4 different areas. Refinishing of timber floors (downstairs) in a Reservoir townhouse. Approx 40m2. Refer floorplan I've highlighted in blue the extent. There are some gaps between boards that need to be filled in a few areas. Sand and refinish floors to new condition. Use hardy sealer / polyurethane coat. House has been recently painted and new carpets etc so dust suppression must be used.
