The toilet continues to run after it has been flushed. Please inspect the cistern, identify the cause and repair it so the toilet fills and shuts off correctly. Please bring suitable tools and common replacement parts. The photo and video show the toilet and cistern. Test the toilet after the repair and let us know what was replaced. Looking for someone experienced with minor wall repairs to tidy up our domestic rental before we move out. We have various screws, picture hooks and wall fixings from hanging artwork that need to be removed and repaired. We have 3 cabinets that are too heavy to move up stairs. We need them taken apart and put back together upstairs. You don’t need to dissemble the whole thing, just enough to lift up stairs. I will help lift upstairs. They are sturdy, not ikea.

Repair plasterboard / wall damage & repaint Looking for someone experienced with plasterboard repairs and painting to repair several areas of wall damage before we move house. Work includes: Areas where adhesive has pulled away paint and the top layer/paper of plasterboard, including one larger horizontal section and a bedroom wall A handful of screw/anchor holes Several smaller nail/picture holes Remove/scrape any loose material Seal exposed plasterboard where required Fill/skim, sand and prime all repairs Repaint repaired areas/walls for a clean finish We already have the matching wall paint for all areas. Happy for you to supply the remaining repair materials (filler/joint compound, sealer, primer etc.) and include them in your quote. Photos attached show the main damage.
