Looking for an experienced plumber / leak detection specialist to investigate and repair an active leak from an upstairs ensuite shower. Symptoms * Water damage and mould appearing on downstairs ceiling directly below the ensuite. * Leak originally thought to be from toilet waste pipe. * Toilet was removed and reinstalled by a plumber, however the leak persists. * Leak is strongly correlated with shower use. Testing Performed * Shower floor and walls visually inspected. * Shower drain was cleared of significant hair buildup. * Shower silicone was recently renewed. * Bucket test performed: * Water poured directly into shower drain. * Downstairs ceiling started dripping almost immediately. * Water appears to be coming from above the waste pipe area, not necessarily from the pipe itself. Fill in the gaps between the gaps of the bricks

The floor of my concrete patio - steps need to be repainted. I have the paint and rollers onsite. You just need to bring paint brushes. Three coats should do it. OK to do over two days if required. The area of the patio is 2m x 4m and 7 stairs. The white painting of the handrails is not required, just the ground.
