The box air-conditioner for an upstairs bedroom needs some bird deterrent measures. Firstly, some spikes on the top to stop oigeons roosting. Secondly, some mesh underneath between the aircon unit and the Besser brick. There's a 5cm (approx) gap under the aircon unit and little sparrows or something have been trying to nest in there. A bit of mesh across the width stuffed into the space is what's needed. You'll need a 5m ladder for this job.

Hi there, I need an experienced plumber or highly skilled handyman to replace two sets of bathroom taps and fix a leak. ​Task 1: Bathroom Sink (Vanity) ​Current situation: The 3-piece tap is constantly running and won't close properly. ​There is also a leak underneath the vanity from the braided flexi-hose (see photos), which has caused some water damage to the cabinet base. ​What needs to be done: Remove the old taps, install the new 3-piece tapware I will provide, and replace the leaking flexi-hoses underneath. ​Task 2: Bathtub ​Current situation: The 3-piece tap is leaking slowly, and water is pooling around the base of the tap handles. ​What needs to be done: Remove the old tapware and install the new 3-piece tapware I will provide. Reseal the base to prevent water from seeping into the hob. ​Materials: ​I will supply: The two new sets of 3-piece tapware (purchased from Bunnings). ​You need to supply: Your own tools, new flexi-hoses for the sink (as I'm not sure of the exact length/size needed), and any minor incidentals like silicone or thread seal tape. ​Please let me know your experience with this type of plumbing work when making an offer. We changed the washes and the whole taps but it keeps dripping.

Please provide quote and availability. I've removed the old taps and shower head and cleaned off old silicon around them. I bought new valves, taps and shower head. Want to reseat tap seats and then install new valves, taps and shower head. Also seal up taps and head with silicon. The shower wall is ~5mm sheet and a hollow cavity behind, so not sure if need some sort of backing for the silicon.

The power circuit for the kitchen area keeps tripping at the switchboard. Even when all appliances are unplugged and nothing is being used, the safety switch/circuit breaker continues to trip randomly.
