Looking for a handyperson to complete two small finishing jobs at my home in Mount Crosby. Have given some examples of the skirting board issues. 1. Install carpet-to-timber transition strips (threshold covers) at three doorways where the carpet meets hardwood flooring — no metal cover strip is currently in place. Wooden subfloor. Looking for the stand gold metal decide (check photos) 2. Touch up skirting boards that have recently been reinstalled — there are some gaps between the skirting and the wall that need to be filled and sealed (gap filler/caulk maybe a nail where appropriate). Not every where needs to be done, I'm only concerned with particularly bad spots. Both are relatively quick jobs for someone with the right experience. Please bring your own materials or let me know what you'd need me to supply. Happy to discuss scope and provide more photos before you quote. Need this garden stripped bare, the fern removed and about 10 Stumps dug out from previous shrubs. Soil then turned over and mulch applied ready for replanting.
