Hi, I need a plumber/handyman to replace 4 flexi hoses and 4 taps (two pairs). I have already purchased all the new taps and flexi hoses. The job is simply to remove the existing ones and install the new ones. There are 2 taps and 2 flexi hoses at each location. Please provide a quote. I expect the job to take around 1–2 hours.

I have one palm tree on the fence line a few metres away from the power line going into my home. All I need is someone with a 4-6m ladder and/or the skills to climb and cut the palm down near the top so I can control its fall and avoid hitting everything at my own risk of course which will be none if its cut high enough. There's at least 2-3m or more space between the palm and the power line so if you could chop the top 2m off first I can direct it down with a rope tied on. I will do all clean up and cut the palms up into my green bin, plus cut the remaining stumps down too. All I need is the top 2-3m cut off one palm. It's just one person and their ladder or climbing spurs for maybe 10mins work. You can even use my recip saw to cut it and save your tools. Theres two trees marked with red circles but I just want the one closest to the house down. The one on the right side. If it's cut high enough it won't reach the powerline on the way down, so I'm not worried even if some of the frons side swipe it on the way down. That powerline has had probably 50 huge bizmark palm frons hit it in its lifetime and it's never budged.

Remove banana tree stumps and roots. Will probably take a couple of hours to complete.
