Two (2) leaking taps. You will need the right parts to remove, which is one of the old school extraction/removal tool, most likely replacement on the washers. See photos on the two (2) taps, one at laundry and one in toilet.

The shower head is leaking, and the taps need to be replaced. The previous plumber advised that the taps were worn and would need fixing or replacement soon.

there are dog scratches on the door, this side shown is also slightly chipped. Both sides will need to be repainted.

Apartment Building- 568 Collins Street Hot water not coming in the shower but coming in Bathroom tap & Kitchen tap.

I believe there are several cracks and gaps in the kitchen cupboards where cockroaches are creeping through. Silicone gun can fix the problem. I believe it's 1 hour job as I have very small kitchen in a small apartment. I'm not wanting any treatment chemicals, sprays etc..

Using a silicon gun block those small gaps and cracks so that cockroaches cannot get in

Looking to get x2 pendant lights installed in existing down light spots. See pics attached. Also looking to get area plastered/covered behind fridge and dish washer. Unable to move appliances to snap pics due to hand injury but this is not a large job.
