We had some of the sticky things that attach pictures to the wall in our apartment and they took some of the paint off when moving. Professional required to touch up the areas so we get our bond back, giving the keys back 4/5 so this needs to be done today or tomorrow.

Our shower tap has a slight fault where you have to turn it back to the left a little to turn off properly, which we're assuming is a tap problem, but not sure. See photos of shower and the Dorf taps we recently used to replace our sink taps.

One small hole, two tiny nail holes to be puttied and painted over white. There is also some a small mark on the wall from a fallen hook to be painted over too, I don’t have the paint

4 small tree stumps to be cut off below ground level. All have been cleared. Remove some dead vine from front of house (up to 6m height, small area ). Easy access in front yard. Approx 1m3 green waste + .25m3 old timber waste to go. Street parking right outside.

Cut, demolish and remove concrete steps - they are about 1300mm wide - see photographs. These steps are inside residential home so the job needs to be done neatly and safely. The steps adjoin a brick wall - to achieve a neat finish the concrete will probably need to be cut out and can’t be just jackhammered.

Hi there! We are just needing someone to patch a few small spots where paint has peeled/there have been drill holes left in the wall. There shouldn’t be more than 4 and they are super small. I will attach photos of the largest (approx 5cm x 2cm).

***MUST BE TODAY Located in Fitzroy North Both kitchen taps turn without resistance (centre remains stationary) - no water coming out. From basic research, I think the washers may have worn away.
