We’re re-doing the front yard and I need most of the trees and shrubs cleared. The stumps can be left as the excavator can remove theses during earthworks. The biggest tree is staying, but there are 3 palm trees that are reasonably large. Happy for people to come and inspect if need be, but I need them gone by next Friday. Garage ceiling has collapsed due to water damage. Timber beams in the ceiling may also be soft. Garage door cannot open fully. Screws not enough to raise ceiling. Will require plasterer to repair ceiling.

My garage ceiling is dropping/sagging. Whilst the garage door is old, it wont open all the way. Will replace door in future. Licenced/qualified plasterer required to fix ceiling.

15 small holes needing Plaster patch ups. One holes a little bigger. Need done by Sunday night. I have taken photos with my car key fob next to holes to help with size reference.
