5 pair of taps, three pair in the bathroom and one pair in the kitchen and one pair in the laundry. (Two knob, one for hot and one for cold, but tap is one). All are hard to close and open. Water falls drop by drop if I close normally, I need to close very hard to stop the water falling. One pair in the kitchen not used since long, as I have another tap there. You need to check them first, whether it wants repair/servicing or need to replace with new one. Please let me know the complete charges, including call out, servicing and replacement.
