Looking for a handyman/carpenter to supply and install wardrobe hanging rails in a rental property. There are 3 wardrobes in total: • 2 wardrobes need a second hanging rail installed so they can be used for double hanging, with one rail at the top and one lower rail. • 1 additional identical wardrobe needs the hanging setup replicated from the example photo, as it is currently missing the rail/hanging configuration shown. Please refer to the photos for the existing wardrobe layouts and the example of the desired finished result. The job is to match the current wardrobes as closely as possible and provide a neat, secure installation suitable for a rental property. Materials are to be supplied by the Airtasker, including any required rails, brackets, fixings, and any other hardware needed to complete the job.

Looking for an experienced painter/handyman for small paint touch-up job. Jobs include: * Touching up a wall and ceiling * Blending paint neatly with existing finish Mostly cosmetic work only — not a full repaint.

Need a plumber/handyman to move the taps and pipes in the image to below the sink/cabinet. We will cut out the holes in wall to make inspection of the current pipes easy for you.

I need someone to finish my recently built deck which needs a step up built and some final touch ups. The job would include: *doing cuts of final two boards and putting then on the side of the deck next to fence (see first picture) *building a step up to walk onto the deck, which will be three boards in depth (see second picture) *sanding the whole deck around where the screws are (roughly 900 screws, see third picture) I will have all materials (etc., spotted gum boards and treated pine for joists etc for step, all screws etc)and would be roughly half a days work in which you would just need to bring your own tools. This job is urgent and needs to be done by Wednesday May 13th. As the materials arrive on Monday, the job needs to be done on either Tuesday May 12th or Wednesday May 13th. Paint touch ups required around staircase. Needing white paint touch ups on walls around staircase where the staircase stringers meet the wall (approximate 30mm above the top of the stringer). Most areas are good, it just needs a lick in areas. There's 2 X staircases on top of each other (4 flights) There is also a small patch on the wall near the staircase (250mmx250mm) that also needs painting. Paint will be supplied. Applicant will need ladder/brush/roller etc. I would estimate this job to take a couple of areas. Applicant to be very mindful of splatters.

Require awning straps replaced on my 3 awnings at my home which have snapped due to age. The awning straps are to be fed through a wall, connected to a mechanical winding box for each awning inside the house. I will supply new awning strap sufficient for the job.
