My controllers are not connecting to the console.

Place 6 rat traps in the roof space (and check them a few days later). The manhole is small (300mm x 500mm) so this is not a job for a big person. You’ll need to know how to move about safely inside a roof without damaging the ceilings and air con unit etc. The roof is pitched but the traps need to be placed under the flat section of roofing at the rear of the house.

Shower and bathroom taps leaking water. Also taps must be tightened extensively to stop/slow down leaks. Would like all four taps to receive new washers.

Hi Taskers, probably a fairly easy one if you know what you’re doing and have the right tools. I’ve just purchase a bunch of new taps, towel rails and one new shower head and now need them fitted. Ideally today (Saturday) if someone is free to come to Carnegie today. I think for an experienced person, this task will take around 1.5 - 2hrs. Looking for a handyman or plumber with experience who can work out why the cistern keeps filling for no apparent reason in our ensuite bathroom toilet. We have to turn the tap off to stop the water running. Before flushing we turn the water back on. Does it need some kind of replacement parts or kit? Please see photos attached.
