None of the lights in the house are working. The “Protected Light” breaker trips immediately when it is reset. The power point inside the cupboard next to my oven is stuck in the "On" position and won't switch off. It's a non-clicking (spark-free) switch — likely fitted this way as a safety design since it's close to the gas flex hose.
