I need an electrician to change 5 sensor light switches to standard switches.

We have 5 light dimmer switches that we would like to change back to 5 light switches on 4 different panels. We have all the original working switches so no electronic hardware needs to provided. We need a licensed electrician to do that swap out. We are located in an inner Melbourne CBD apartment with paid street parking very close by.

Need electrician to change light switches - I have double light switch - one is the fan and one is the light - the switch is broken and needs to be replaced on both - or could go a single light switch and merge then do when turn on both fan and light turns on I would prefer to merge them into one switch - let me know in your offer if this changes your price

Two pendants need installing in the place of down lights. The down lights are in a grid of four so we will disconnect two. We also want to add two dimmers - one for the new pendants and another for separate lights that are on their own switch. We have all the fittings. The pendants are made out of papier mache and coffee beans, so not heavy but not paper light.

Safety switch turned on, lights in the house work fine all plugs stopped working , trying to identify which plug is faulty and fix it.
