Hi there, I am looking for a licensed electrician to supply and install a new bathroom exhaust fan at my apartment in Ormond. Scope of Works: The job involves the supply and installation of a new bathroom exhaust fan using the existing ventilation openings in the property, which will be carefully modified as required to accommodate the new external vent termination; due to the double-brick construction of the apartment, the installation requires running and routing new electrical cabling externally to connect the unit, followed by testing and commissioning the system to ensure correct operation without major internal masonry works. Requirements: Must be a qualified/licensed electrician (A-Grade Electrician). Must provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) if required. Care must be taken around double-brick walls. Remove and dispose of all rubbish and waste generated from the job. Please include labour, any required additional materials, certification and rubbish disposal in your quote. Electricity is tripping appliances in half the house - appliances have been tested and seem fine. The fuse switch that is down when this happens seems loose/ faulty. Need someone to supply and change.

I have an old surface-mounted GPO that needs replacing. Two old rigid PVC conduits enter from above — the left is the incoming supply and the right continues to another working GPO. The downstream GPO needs to remain connected. Looking for supply and installation of a suitable 10A weatherproof surface-mounted GPO, with any conduit adjustment required for the installation. One PowerPoint is buzzing and needs replacing, we have a replacement. A second outdoor PowerPoint needs replacing as when one side is off it appears to still be able to be used.
