Melbourne CBD Warehouse apartment conversion Loss of power to power points and for hot water. Lighting is ok. This occured following the heavy rain earlier in the week and some water entered the apartment. The switches don't appear to be tripped. Unsure if this affects the levels below or only level 2 (top).

I'm in a rental property. My daughter turned the jet on for the spa bath. It immediate turned off and blew a fuse. Power to some parts of the house are out. Power in other areas are fine. One aspect impacted is the freezer which is a problem. Power in the garage is fine.

My Eufy E340 camera (hard-wired 240 V AC) has recently started causing issues. Whenever I turn the camera on, the Legrand RCBO 30 mA switch trips after a few minutes. It was working fine before and was only installed about four months ago. I suspect there might be moisture or loose wiring in the junction box, or possibly an internal leakage fault inside the camera. I need someone to come over to check the wiring and junction box to see if it can be fixed on site?

Seeking a licensed electrician to provide the following: -Installation of 8 additional powerpoints in various locations around the house. Powerpoints will need to be provided. -Repair one powerpoint in living area that is operating well but a bit loose at the wall, so that it no longer pulls away from the wall when removing plugs. -I recently had my patio roof lining repaired following collapse. Prior to the repair job my insurance company disconnected electricity to the area to make it safe. I will need the outdoor floodlight reconnected to the indoor light switch. I will also need 5 holes put into patio roof lining for downlights and to have these also reconnected to the indoor light switch. Plugs / wiring for the lights are already positioned inside the roof lining for the 5 lights. 5 downlights will be supplied by me. -Provision of certificate of electrical safety for works conducted. I have attached a picture of the patio prior to the collapse so you can get an idea of how I need the lights positioned and where the floodlight is located. Pic of switchboard also included My house is a single story home and roof access is easy via manhole in laundry. Easy parking in my driveway. 1)The garage ceiling lamp with holder need to be fixed. All the fittings and wiring are in place. Just need to provide holder and lamp shade and then the lamp holder along with shade need to be screwed to the ceiling. (model Provided) 2) Another Lamp holder inside the house need to be fixed to the ceiling as the screws have come out and the lamp with wire is hanging from ceiling.
