Hi, we would like to move our Gas Water Heater to another location at our house. Currently its fitted in the backyard but we want to move it to sideyard, behind kitchen wall. Would need to reconnect Gas and plumbing pipes and close the existing ones. RED highlighted area in photo new location where it needs to be moved.

I tried setting it up myself but, I can’t get the coaxial cord out of where I thought the connection may go.. So, I need this removed and help figuring out where the connection actually goes. I have an island kitchen bench, and I would like to instal a PowerPoint for my devices. There is power to the island bench for the dishwasher, The PowerPoint is to be installed on the wood grain veneer surface of the kick panel shown in the picture. I’ll supply the PowerPoint as per the attached pic.

Need electrical and gas compliance check done before lease

We currently have a single (1 gang) powerpoint in the garage with a powerboard hanging off it. Not great. Any solutions to this please? Can we expand it to a 2 gang (or more?) Wall is brick so not easy to install a new extra point, otherwise that would've been our preference. Need done by week, ideally this week. Home most days/times. Mordialloc VIC. Cheers.

Hi, I need a handyman (or qualified electrician if required) for two small jobs: 1. Bathroom Downlight – The halogen globe has already been replaced but the light still doesn’t work. I believe it needs a new transformer fitted. 2. Toilet Cistern – The cistern has been removed due to dripping issues and needs to be put back in place securely and adjusted so no drips as it was causing significant water usage.

Garage wall has Circuit Box. Not far (1M) I require a new circuit with a four plug power point, All on the same wall of the garage which is located in the basement. Need to run cables in the wall as assume there is not a ceiling cavity. Domestic home, 5-6 years old. Need certificate for new circuit. Licensed Electrician.

Need help with the following: -Mounting 1 wireless security camera (Swann Xtreem4K Wireless Security Camera), to be mounted on the spot outside the front door, refer to the left 'X' mark in the 1st photo for the approx position. Making sure the angle when securing is the right angle for viewing the camera feed (I will help by using the app) - Mounting 1 solar panel that is attached to the camera by cable (Solar Panel for Swann Wire-free Cameras) to be mounted further apart from the camera, refer to the right 'X' mark in the 1st photo -Taping the extra cable to the wall if needed Note the setup of the camera is in an app and is already Done, the solar panel also works, see 2nd photo for the camera and solar panel. You will need to bring your own tools (drill, drill bit suitable for masonry ideally). Required screws/ wall plugs come with the camera and solar panel. Ladder in the picture can be provided, and I can also provide help when needing to secure things in place, checking the angle of the camera etc.
