Hi, I’m looking for a licensed air-conditioning installer to supply and install a new Daikin reverse-cycle air-conditioning setup in my 2-bedroom apartment in Ryde. My preferred setup is: * Living room: 1 × Daikin wall-mounted split system, likely around 4.6–5.0 kW, with its own outdoor unit. (There is currently no unite installed here i had attached a picture showing where the installation should go, there space for the outdoor unit outside the wall) * Master bedroom: approx. 2.0–2.5 kW indoor unit. * Second bedroom: approx. 2.0–2.5 kW indoor unit. * Both bedroom units to operate from one Daikin multi-split outdoor unit. * All three indoor units to have Wi-Fi/app control, ideally allowing them to be controlled together through the Daikin app. There is currently an older Panasonic split system servicing the master bedroom. This will need to be removed, including the existing outdoor unit. Existing pipe/electrical routes may potentially be reused where appropriate. The outdoor units are located on the apartment balcony. The two bedrooms are adjacent to each other and close to the existing AC pipework, so the bedroom installation should be relatively straightforward. For the living room, I would like the indoor wall unit installed on the green wall shown in the photos. Pipework/drainage route will need to be assessed. I’m open to the installer recommending the correct capacities after assessing the apartment rather than being locked into the sizes above. I am having paving work done in my front courtyard and need a qualified plumber to temporarily disconnect and relocate our 270L heat-pump hot water system from the front courtyard to the back courtyard while the paving work is completed. The job will involve two visits: 1. Disconnect and relocate The hot water system will need to be disconnected, drained/emptied as required, and safely moved from the front courtyard to the back courtyard. This needs to be completed either Tuesday 6 October or the morning of Wednesday 7 October, before the paving work begins. 2. Move back and reconnect Once the paving is complete, the hot water system will need to be moved back to its original location and fully reconnected and tested. The paving contractor expects the work to be completed by Friday 9 October or Monday 12 October, so the exact return date can be coordinated once the paving is finished. Important: The finished paving level may be slightly different from the existing ground level. The plumber will therefore need to be able to modify/shorten/extend the existing copper pipework as required to suit the new installation height and reconnect the system correctly. We are having some modifications done in our Kitchen to install a small cutlery drawer above our microwave oven (as a separate Airtasker Task). However, for that task to go ahead, we need to ensure the Power Point to our Microwave Oven does not clash with the new drawer to be installed. The current Power Point is in the top left hand corner of the enclosure, we require it to be moved downwards by about 100 to 150mm. I think the Power Outlet is surface mounted to the back of the enclosure, and from what I can tell, the power cable comes into it from the cabinet wall on the left hand side, which is the sink enclosure.
