Two recessed LED downlights (the larger type) in my living room have stopped working. The smaller downlights on the same switch and ceiling still work fine, so most likely the integrated fittings/drivers have failed. Looking for a licensed electrician to supply and replace both - happy to go with standard warm-white (3000K) LED downlights you recommend. Flexible on timing this week. Please quote total including call-out and parts.

Ducted air conditioner isn’t working. The 3 highlighted symbols flash when it’s turned on. It happened after our power was reactivated after an electrical outage in our area. I think it may just need a reset at the power board.

he LG LSC0902RH-3 AC unit is no longer responding to commands from the remote control. I have checked the remote control and confirmed that it is working properly, so the issue appears to be with the air conditioner itself, possibly the remote-control receiver or control board. Could you please advise the estimated cost of repair, including the call-out/travel fee?

The RCD labelled “Protected Power” (C20, 30mA) trips the instant I switch it on, so all power points are dead. Lighting circuit is fine. Cause is known: insecticide spray went into one power point and the tripping started immediately after. The RCD has been off since and I haven’t touched the outlet. What I need: the affected outlet inspected and replaced, and the circuit tested.

I currently have a Martec Contour 2 connected to a 3 gang switch and the fan exhaust is not working so needs to be replaced. The main bathroom lights and lights on Martec unit are on the same switch. I plan on buying Martec Profile 2 and need an electrician to help replace and connect to 3 gang switch. This may require existing cutout to be extended to fit new system.
