The Issue: The letter "W" in our main backlit "OSCAR WYLEE" 3D header sign has stopped illuminating. It is completely dark/dull compared to the other letters. I live in an apartment and need 6 kitchen down lights replaced with Philips Hue or equivalent smart lights which I will purchase and have ready to swap in.
