I have 2 x split system air conditioner units brand new in box need them installed by Christmas as I have family coming.

Room has existing power points. Need an extra one on the other side of the room.

I need to replace the existing lights. which are a mix of bar lights and light globes. I have 13 NEW LED down lights and 4x30w oyster and 3 15 W oyster lights. It will require additional holes and cabling for LEDs downlights and some of the oyster lights. I have all the lights already so do not include cost of lighting. Heights of the ceilings are mostly 270CM, 240cm, and one 300cm. must be a currently licenced electrician with insurance and . access for install via manhole in the main house is easy. Patch up holes will be done by painter so just the iremoval and install of lights cabling and switches where required.
