Hi, I have an old Brivis evaporative air conditioner on a Colorbond roof in Mawson Lakes. The Issue: The AC system and wall controller work fine and cool properly. However, when I switch the system off at the controller, the water pump keeps running and pumping water non-stop. What I suspect: Likely a stuck pump relay on the board or a faulty level/pump sensor that needs repair or replacement. Goal: I want to get this fixed for the most cost-effective price (repairing the stuck relay/circuit or replacing the component). We have a couple of downlights that are causing some issues... One is above the stair well (photo attached) and will need a ladder, the other (and possibly one other) needs a camera up in the cavity to find the power outlet... We live in an apartment with a thin ceiling cavity so you can't really stick your head up there... These downlights have a transformer that connects to a power outlet but we are removing those transformers and using the all in one LED downlights... These two I can't replace due to lack of ladder and camera to see up there. I will supply the downlights. Just need a licensed electrician.

House roof has a small leak in it, but it is under a solar panel. Im assuming when it rains hard , there could be a build up of leaves possibly , holding water back, or could be a cracked tile.. Need someone to remove solar panel, and simply seal leak up... i can be there to help ( if needed) , but injury prevents me being on a roof. Access is next to gutter, so not high up top of roof
