You will need to run 20mm white telecom conduit in the roof space, run it diagonally across the timber trusses under a terracotta tile roof, and drop it down into the Study room’s internal drywall where the NBN connection box will be located. Must secure the conduit to rafters to prevent sagging and use sweeping radius bends. Heavy-duty draw string must be left inside the conduit. Quote inclusive price (stating materials + labour costs).

House roof has a small leak in it, but it is under a solar panel. Im assuming when it rains hard , there could be a build up of leaves possibly , holding water back, or could be a cracked tile.. Need someone to remove solar panel, and simply seal leak up... i can be there to help ( if needed) , but injury prevents me being on a roof. Access is next to gutter, so not high up top of roof

Re-mount one power point & light switch in a new ensuite bathroom, and replace one light switch in a bedroom which is flickering, and on a dimmer. It’s an old switch and was installed upside down.

We have 9 wall sockets not working in Kitchen and surrounding, which all connects to one breaker on the switchboard. Changed the circuit breaker, and 4 wall sockets that were looking like could be problematic but no improvement. Initial warning before those wall sockets fully stopped working, when we start 2-3 items it was dimming the lights that were connected to that socket.
