Scope of Works – Hot Water Line to Rear Bathroom, Kensington Background A new electric water heater is being installed on the fence side of the main house (by others). Hot water to the rear bathroom shower currently comes from an existing gas-fired water heater, which is to be decommissioned. Refer to the attached site diagram. Quote 1 – New hot water line Connect a new hot water line at the outlet of the new water heater. Run the line along the boundary fence line, buried, approx. 15 m. Minimum cover as required by AS/NZS 3500. Note there is a large tree near the rear building. Run the line along the face of the rear building, then vertically up the side of the building. Penetrate the wall, run across inside the rear building, then down to connect to the existing shower mixer/outlet. The penetration must be sealed and weatherproofed. Insulate the entire run, buried and exposed sections included, and UV-protect any exposed pipe. Isolate the existing hot water supply to the rear building and cap it off at the source, leaving no dead leg. Pressure test the line, flush it and commission it. Make good all trenching and the wall penetration. Issue a Certificate of Compliance on completion. Total run is approx. 20 m. Please confirm the length on site and specify the pipe material and size in your quote. Quote 2 – Removal of existing gas water heater Isolate the gas supply and cap the line permanently (licensed gasfitter). Disconnect and cap the water connections. Remove the flue and make good any wall or roof penetration. Remove the unit from site and dispose of it. Issue a gas compliance certificate for the capped line. Please price Quotes 1 and 2 separately.

Looking for someone to help inspect and replace the blown bulbs/globes in my bathroom ceiling fixtures as they are too high for me to reach safely. 3-in-1 Heller Bathroom Unit: Left heat lamp is heavily blackened/blown (looks like it may have exploded internally).  Center globe and heat functions are currently not working.  Ceiling Downlights: Down lights are also non-functional/not turning on and need bulbs checked or replaced.

Smoke alarms are going off and batteries need to be changed. I am unable to get on a ladder at the moment due to surgery. Just need someone to go buy batteries and come change both batteries so they stop beeping.

I have purchased a Bosch heat pump dryer with a mat but need it properly and professionally installed. When then installed the washing machine, they have also buggered the small laundry cabinet and am hoping someone can fix this also
