We have an Edwardian with high ceilings, and need a certified electrician with a tall ladder too: - replace a downlight halogen bulb - put separate halogen downlight back in correctly - check why one of the bedroom lights is dim and flickering (we have tried a new bulb, but same issue) It'd be ideal to have someone over tomorrow anytime before 2pm.

The wiring from the water system to operate a water fountain needs to be removed as we are getting rid of the water feature.

My two smoke alarms need a replacement, when I close the alarm with new batteries all lights switch off and tripping switch in main Board. I believe it requires new alarms. New alarms will cost around 30-50$
