1. Remove 4 old light fittings and reinstall (1 in dining and 3 in 3 bedrooms) standard oyster lights with LED globes. 2. Install 9 roller blinds (7 downstairs, 2 upstairs) 3. Install a standard stainless steel towel rack, hand towel rack and toothbrush holder House is completely empty and currently being painted. Need an inital visit done to measure width of the 9 windows and recommend width/size for the bathroom fixtures, and lights. All will be bought from bunnings online to collect. The rollerblinds are the standard blinds that require a good handman that can screw them in with the kit provided. The old curtains were all removed and painter will have patched and painted the skirting to install in fresh. Work needs to be done by Monday 5th Feb (ideally all on Monday 5th). Blinds and bathroom rails can't be installed until the painter is done so best to do all in one day once he's finished. All items to be picked up from bunnings and work complete without a big mess. Carpets and professionally cleaning will be done Tuesday 31st but not for excessive builders mess.

I have a few electrical jobs that need doing, the main priority is to install data cabling to connect up an existing Ethernet port to our home network (for a new TV). We have data in other parts of the house already, but this port is not 'live'. Other jobs (if you have time / availability) are: 1 - Wall socket loose and tripping the fuse box when used 2 - Replace broken outlet on kitchen bench 3 - Replace faulty light switch in bedroom (comes on randomly without touching the switch) 4 - Replace 2 x downlights in bedrooms (globes previously replaced so think it may be a bad connection) 5 - Replace 1 x downlight in kitchen (it's quite high and will need tall ladders) - Due date: Flexible
