To be on the safe side opting for 2 meter move. For the NBN box happy for trunking to be over wall for power socket looking for it to bedone in cavity. Old socket point will need plated up eiyhet with cover plate or plaster board fill. Reckon a cover plate will be cheaper and easier.

Put $5 cause i have no idea what it would cost. I would rather hear offers. Install 3 fan lights (wall switch and no remote. Replacing just lights), install 4 wall lights (replacing existing wall lights). Install 2 led downlights (replacing existing bulbs lights).
