Dry and Heat functions don't seem to work at all (or blow very little air). Mitsubishi (2nd image) Worked perfectly up until a couple days ago where it won't function at all when you turn it on, instead the timer button will just flash intermittently.

Looking for quotes broken down per item from licensed electricians with appropriate insurance/ warranty - 1. Install 2 new downlights in the kitchen 2. Replace 1 ceiling light with fan+light combo 3. Replace 1 ceiling light with either a pendant/ flush light. I have bought both just need to see which looks good. 4. Replace the outdoor sensor light with a new one. I’ve got the replacement light. Install only Would like the work completed within the next 2 weeks latest.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to provide a quote for supplying and installing a 12-meter-long LED light strip into a recessed curtain channel. The installation will require connecting the light strip to existing wiring, potentially running it off the dining room light switch. Alternatively, another light switch in the open-plan living area could be used, as there are several available. The LED light strip must be of high quality and reliable. Our garage door won’t open with the remote Seems to have short circuited The safety switch keeps tripping and turning off when turned on Also the sensor light outside the garage is not working, though seems to flash when safety switch turned on There is also an odd issue where the circuitry for our garage is controlled from our neighbors switch board.
