I want help with changing 5 recessed downlights (SAL UNIFIT S9053 LED Modules, which I will supply) in my house. Staircase recessed downlight - 1 No. (See the view from the first floor and also from ground floor). For this you will need a tall ladder. (Alternatively access the light from the false roof). Normal ceiling recessed downlights - 4 Nos (in 4 different rooms). I have attached a photo of one room only. These can be changed with a ladder The staircase light is the most important job with which I need help with.

The connection of the wires on the lan port is loose may require new lan port connection or can use different port. The wires aren’t tight at the back so can’t connect to the internet.

2x Air conditioners with different problems: Fujitsu (1st image) Will turn on and blow air, however doesn't seem to change temperatures when you change it on the remote. Dry and Heat functions don't seem to work at all (or blow very little air). Mitsubishi (2nd image) Worked perfectly up until a couple days ago where it won't function at all when you turn it on, instead the timer button will just flash intermittently.
