Need to replace 2 electrical switches

My outdoor sensor light which is controlled by a switch is turning off and on at night unexpectedly even when switch is off. When it is switched off, it still turns on/off and there is no way of turning it off at night. I believe it might be a faulty switch or sensor.

I was replacing a ceiling light, the RCD tripped, and now the RCD will not stay in the ON position. The house also has solar and a Tesla Powerwall backup system. Switchboard is located outside of house - we have another issue. The house is locked, and our only access is through the garage door using the remote control. Unfortunately, the garage door isn’t working because there is currently no power. Do you have any suggestions on how we can get access so you can carry out the electrical work?

EV charger wont work. Its a Tesla charger was working fine for an year or so. A couple of days ago when we put the charger on the main switch tripped and keeps tripping if we turn the charger back on. The blue switch trips the same time as well.
