Need to replace 2 electrical switches

My outdoor sensor light which is controlled by a switch is turning off and on at night unexpectedly even when switch is off. When it is switched off, it still turns on/off and there is no way of turning it off at night. I believe it might be a faulty switch or sensor.

I was replacing a ceiling light, the RCD tripped, and now the RCD will not stay in the ON position. The house also has solar and a Tesla Powerwall backup system. Switchboard is located outside of house - we have another issue. The house is locked, and our only access is through the garage door using the remote control.
