Electrician needed. - 4 ceiling fans (Fanaway) W/ remote. I have timber if required for support. Fans are already purchased. - 4 downlights on 3 switch (already purchased). I have an aquamax 340 gas water heater, and has been working fine. I had to move it up 30cm for some backyard work so the connections were altered. I got a plumber to do it for me. However right after the work has been done, the water pressure dropped massively. Plumber used fittings of same width as before, and the heater company saying it’s a plumbing issue.

I would like a ceiling fan with light installed in my lounge room. There is currently a light fitting with single switch at entrance to the room. My photos show the ceiling and roof of the room, and the external wall that is opposite the light switch. (I’m not really sure what an electrician would need to know/see.) I will pre purchase the ceiling fan/light.
