Roof access is easy and only about 2–3 metres from the entry point. • Replace 2 outdoor GPO wall outlets. • Replace 1 circuit breaker in the switchboard (smart circuit breaker to control HWU) All materials are already supplied (cord, GPOs and circuit breaker). Straightforward job for a qualified electrician. Please bring your own tools.

Need to install 4 Updown lights. Have the lights will require tiles to be removed from roof so that wires can be run down to the point where lights need to be put.

Scope of work: - Install approximately 35 LED downlights; downlights already available. - Replace existing ceiling lights with downlights. - Cut new holes in the ceiling and run wiring for additional downlights where required. - Install 1 pendant light over the dining area; installation only, image attached for reference. - Ensure wiring is properly connected to existing circuits and compliant with Australian electrical standards. - Patch/finish ceiling holes neatly after installation; paint not included in scope. Electrician needed. - 4 ceiling fans (Fanaway) W/ remote. I have timber if required for support. Fans are already purchased. - 4 downlights on 3 switch (already purchased).
