Looking for a qualified electrician to install a suspended bar dimmable pendant over our kitchen island. There are 2 existing led downlights on their own switch and these will be made redundant as the pendant will replace them. Filling of the ceiling holes with plaster board is not required. To be undertaken by the homeowner. Job to include replacement of the existing switch to a dimmer control (provided).

We are trying to install a new powerpoint for the balcony (bar fridge etc.) Looking for licensed electrician to be able to drill into the brick veneer on balcony to re-wire an existing powerpoint directly opposite on the interior wall (Interior is possibly Plasterwall) and to install then a new powerpoint for the balcony.
