My house lighting is wired in 12 volt, the downlights are halogen and I want them replaced with LED which I bought from Bunnings. It is safe, 12vvolt doesn’t require an electrician. I’m 67 and replaced a few but find it difficult to continue. Some other 30-40 need to be done in 4-6 hours max.

My outdoor sensor light which is controlled by a switch is turning off and on at night unexpectedly even when switch is off. When it is switched off, it still turns on/off and there is no way of turning it off at night. I believe it might be a faulty switch or sensor.

Looking for a licensed electrician to diagnose and repair an ongoing issue with the downlights at my townhouse in Pascoe Vale on Sunday or Monday ideally. A few months ago, several downlights started flickering, randomly turning on/off and some stopped working. An electrician attended and replaced some transformers, which temporarily fixed the issue, but it has now returned. Currently: * Two bedroom downlights turn on but both switch off together after couple minutes. * Around three living-room downlights are playing up. * The light near the front door is also affected. * I replaced one living-room downlight and the new light is flickering. * Previously, replacing some downlights caused the power to trip at the switchboard. *Not all lights are affected. Most lights are working fine. Looking for someone who can properly fault-find the underlying issue and repair it. Hello, We are looking for a licensed A-Grade Electrician to attend our retail store, at Watergardens Town Centre, to replace three faulty ceiling downlights. The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have stopped working, causing dark spots on our display areas. (Ceiling height approximately 3.5 meters). The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the ceiling (an appropriate tall A-frame ladder is required). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units and their drivers. 3. Supplying and installing three (3) new, suitable replacement recessed LED downlights and drivers (round white fittings, warm white 3000K). 4.
