The Issue: One of the recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor is constantly flickering. While not a major safety concern, it is very noticeable and disruptive to the store's atmosphere. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flickering and perform the necessary repair to ensure stable, constant light. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting in the ceiling. 2. Diagnosing the cause of the flickering (e.g., faulty LED unit, failing driver, loose connection, or dimmer incompatibility). 3. Supplying and installing a new, like-for-like replacement downlight and driver assembly if the existing one is found to be faulty. 4.
