The smaller downlights on the same switch and ceiling still work fine, so most likely the integrated fittings/drivers have failed. Looking for a licensed electrician to supply and replace both - happy to go with standard warm-white (3000K) LED downlights you recommend. Flexible on timing this week. Installation of 3 new down lights

My outdoor sensor light which is controlled by a switch is turning off and on at night unexpectedly even when switch is off. When it is switched off, it still turns on/off and there is no way of turning it off at night. I believe it might be a faulty switch or sensor.

We have about 6 downlights in our office that need the globes changing over. You will need to supply the globes. Our office is located in Surry Hills and is open between 9am-4pm.

A few months ago, several downlights started flickering, randomly turning on/off and some stopped working. An electrician attended and replaced some transformers, which temporarily fixed the issue, but it has now returned. Currently: * Two bedroom downlights turn on but both switch off together after couple minutes. * Around three living-room downlights are playing up. * The light near the front door is also affected. * I replaced one living-room downlight and the new light is flickering. * Previously, replacing some downlights caused the power to trip at the switchboard. *Not all lights are affected. Most lights are working fine. Looking for someone who can properly fault-find the underlying issue and repair it. Looking for a licensed electrician to replace the existing ceiling lights throughout my townhouse with modern recessed LED downlights and add additional downlights where required. Approximately 25–28 downlights in total across: 3 bedrooms / office: approx. 4 downlights per room, positioned around the existing ceiling fans Living room: approx. 4 downlights around existing ceiling fan Dining area: approx. 4 downlights Kitchen: approx. 4 downlights Upstairs hallway/landing: approx. 3 downlights Small downstairs toilet: 1 downlight Existing renovated bathrooms do not need any work There is roof-space access upstairs and some ceiling access panels downstairs, although downstairs access/wiring will need to be assessed. Please mention whether your quote includes patching any holes left by the existing oyster lights. I'm happy to arrange plastering/painting separately if that's normally excluded.
