The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have stopped working, causing dark spots on our display areas. (Ceiling height approximately 3.5 meters). The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the ceiling (an appropriate tall A-frame ladder is required). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units and their drivers. 3.
