The split system in my Fortitude Valley apartment that has stopped working (seems to just have no power). Certainly needs repair (if it can be) but also a service and clean. I'm hoping to find someone that is good but also some availability for sooner rather than later as seeing some are taking bookings in 4+ weeks. I do have short-stay guests at the apartment so need to time it between guests staying. Thanks in advance!

When the last tenant moved out, they broke the HFC plug, it spins freely in the wall point, just need someone to install a new wall point, and re-terminate it correctly.

Access is available during weekends and weekdays by arrangement.

Just moved into a unit and apparently the top switch should turn on the hallway and bottom one should be the master light switch for unit. Both of these don't function as expected!
