Hi I have 4 faulty downlights that need fixing. I tried changing these myself and it didn't work. I suspect that the transformer needs to be changed. Also, I have an fan in the bathroom that also looks like it might need replacing. The fan works at a very slow speed and takes a while, before it starts to rotate and operate normally. Cable needs to be removed up to ceiling and run back down from ceiling in new position. Good access via roof space. Man hole or tile roof access. Single storey home. In photo under shelves. Hello I need 3x double power points installed. This is for a single level house, brick vaneer with good space under floors and good space in roof. Tile roof.
