I need to install pipe from street to front of my house. Its for nbn cable. As shown in the pictures there is a pipe so the work is to connect and install pipe till the front of the house. The house is behind the house in the picture.

We have FTTC connection. There are two copper lines going to the property, one is in use and another one is available. I need the available copper line to connect it to my house. Although I have a switch box which where I can connect the nbn cable, my neighbour is using this switch box. So I want another switch box where I can connect my nbn cable

- Lights in the house are LED downlights - they are flashing, need to replace bulbs or replace circuit to stop flashing - also main fuse is blown in power box - need to be replaced (went after power works in local area turned back power on)
