Hi, I need help with electrical stuff in my apt the last 3 months One of the safety switch( for wall sockets around the house) keep turn off everytime I turn or random powerboards around the house, connected to TV, laptop, or hair dryer. After a while, Its back to normal, or have to turn off something to get everything else work again.

Currently have my hot water tank on a control load and wanting it to be installed on the general supply with a switch to manually change it over. I have a 3 phase system with solar. Electrician needed — safety check on kitchen ceiling light fitting after water contact I need a licensed electrician to attend a residential apartment and carry out a safety inspection of a ceiling light fitting that was exposed to water during a leak approximately one week ago. The fitting is not visibly damaged but water was observed dripping over the fitting at the time of the leak. The tenant has not used the light since and I want formal confirmation it is safe before they do. Needing a licensed electrician to conduct an on-site assessment for the feasibility of a rewiring and installation of kitchen appliances for an upcoming renovation project

1. Assemble & Install two x 127cm Lucci DC ceiling fans into two bedrooms in an apartment. Ceiling is suspended plasterboard (joists attached to concrete slab). No access other than by cutting hole and putting in a brace and then running power to it and installing an isolation switch. There are already two downlights in each bedroom installed and the fans will be installed in between the downlights. 2. Install GPO behind wall mounted TV (already existing GPO below where TV is located so a simple cable run) Must be Licenced and insured
